It really fills a lot of my needs for exercise, yoga, relaxation steam, shower, jacuzzi, sun, etc., and such, along with free coffee and papers to read in the morning, etc. Its not perfect, but I get a lot of bang for the buck from the Sonoma PP.

To his is the best health club in the Bay area from its clean pool and hot tub to its a number one staff that are always friendly and helpful park point can not be beet when it comes to over all health and fitness but remember you get out what you put in

I am addicted to water aerobics. We have the best instructors Classes have been added because of limited participants.

Charter member. Clean facilities. Very good personal trainers. Great and well maintained machines although, a bit crowded in the free weight area. Reasonable monthly dues. Swimming pool available. Lots of classes available too.

Parkpoint is a local foundation for fitness in Sonoma county. The facilities are immaculate, the equipment is always evolving and top of the line. They have amenities in locker rooms as well as hot tubs and a sauna. The staff are friendly as well.

I love this club Its very clean and has lots of classes to offer, with challenging and fun formats like Zumba and Spinning. The employees are friendly, and do a great job making you feel welcome. Also, the childcare is amazing tons of crafts for my little guys, and fun seasonal activities as well.

As a Parkpoint Club member you meet the nicest people The Sonoma staff are always friendly, helpful and there to serve. Clean and organized the facility reminds me of a star resort. Couldnt do without a daily visit to my favorite club. Thank you

such a sweet community and clean so clean the instructors for classes are really kind and do actually know what theyre doing. I recommend the pilates class with Doug or gentle flow with Lesley. the hot tub and steam rooms are perfect and they have a digital lock so you dont need one.

Unprofessional and aggressive male staff. Had separate young male employees trainers constantly stare at me whenever I came in. Everytime I looked up, one of them watching me. Everytime they walked by, a hard stare. This went on for a More
