Great atmosphere. They play christian music. A bit small and limited machines but does have all you need for a good work out. Currently no start up fee or membership fee. for adults for under . Cant beat the price. In August theyll be moving to the old Copeland store and should be amazing. Prices will most likely go up.

Great place to not only workout, but also a great place to serve and give back to the community. Staff is always kind and pleasant. Facility is always clean.

I would give it five stars, but the girl behind the counter wouldnt let us go look around without a membership so my daughter and I waited in the front lobby for minutes while my husband did his workout. More

Wish they would open on the weekends. Other than that its a great gym, they now have school classes for children they have bible studies, and pool tables, ping pong tables, clean bathrooms and free bottled water.
