Most efficient, exhausting workout around. In an hour I get flexibility, cardio, weight work and its fun. The staff is awesome and they ALWAYS scale the workout to fit your skill level. You get pushed but never outside of your capabilities. Its a very communal and motivating environment. Couldnt recommend it more highly.
