Such a great evironment Not only are Hannah and Doug super knowledgeable, theyre very encouraging and there to help every step of the way, even if you dont have a clue what youre doing. Never a boring workout, every day is different Highly reccomend

I love this place and the environment Ive been working out with Doug and Hannah in their weight lifting classes for over a year and with their help Ive gotten to a place I wouldve never thought. Whether you have been lifting for a while or just starting out, this is a perfect gym to join.

Ive joined a few classes and truely love it I love that the trainers care and want to see you do well. One thing I really love is the focus on making sure we are doing the movement correctly . My form and posture has changed for the best in just a short time .
