Yesterday was my first workout at enerji barre with Erika.I usually work out days a week at hour fitness, but the barre cardio class is completely different. Im so sore and loving it Im looking forward to all the other classes offered.

Really amazing studio The environment is very clean, open and welcoming. My instructor Erika was very motivating and offered helpful modifications. I would highly recommend the Pop Pilates class because it was a great mix of modern and throwback music with intense but not impossible movements.
