I went out of town to this location for a yoga class. The class was very relaxing and the perfect pace for me. The floor also had a lot of unique exercise equipment like tires and agility type equipment that would make a workout more targeted and unique. I would love to come back with my husband who loves exercises like that.

This company have been spamming me on a daily basis trying to get me to join. I live in the UK.....so that is going to be difficult. The UNSUBSCRIBE button doesnt work if you live in the UK. They dont respond to emails....hopeless.

I like going to this gym because at the times I go, its really empty and I can get my workout in quick and be out quick. Very affordable membership costs and it has everything I need.
