I signed up for a blackcard membership down and started my new year off by showing up. Upon arrival they tell me I have a preexisting active account from years stating they have no record of me canceling my account.they said I have More

Training is needed on how to clean correctly, spraying something and not wiping it down is not cleaning. Also the drinking water is warmer than the shower water if that says anything. Showers are semi cold....not good especially I am a out of town guest showers are a necessity after work out this is not a prison.

Evening staff is very confrontational when it comes to enforcing the mask rules. Ive seen them get into arguments with members over it. Its neccessary to make sure everyone is safe but not necessary to cause scenes. The evening manager can More

I usually go in the middle of the night and its usually clean, quiet, and the staff are helpful. They have urinals that are malfunctioning by flushing nearly nonstop. The mornings are more of a mixed bag.

Great gym I recommend it the employees are really welcoming and nice.

It would be nice to update the hours of operation on the website and in the app it is posted everywhere that the gym is hrs...i expected the gym to be opened by the time I finished working very misleading..

Overall exceeded my expectations and the staff was lovely, helpful and very welcoming. Recommend it if you need a gym.

I cant believe that Canceling on line is not an option. You have to go to your gym and cancel. I did not have the time to go until now and they still want to charge the year fee. That is such a rip off. Never will I join planet fitness again.
