I really enjoy working out here. The staff is wonderful. I have a personal trainer who is very educated and professional. Lets not forget to mention how adorable she is I would recommend it.

Small, but has a good variety of machines. Staff is very friendly, during this COVID they are very tentative to the regulations, open outdoors only now but still do spray downs with the big backpack sprayer. Good nice place to still get your workout in.

I love the lap pool and the fact that its also a great place to get a good workout in. The people who come to this location in my experience have been all very helpful when it comes to sharing training tips and knowledge. Its my favorite family fitness around for that reason.
