This location is very old but the pool is clean and it has all the equipment I need. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Deserving of a star review. Not very many locations in Sac with a pool, this is the main reason I use this gym.

Nice little spot for a fair price that almost never gets crowded. Not a lot of bells and whistles but has everything you need.

This is a warm and caring environment with great equipment. The staff is professional and everything is maintained very well. The management is very hands on and available. I maintained my membership while the facilities were closed because I wanted to contribute to its stable operation.

So crowded at all hours of the day. The bathrooms and equipment are always really dirty. I never see members clean or sanitize machines after use. Could be a lot better.

The staff at this Y are excellent and very kind. Ben has been extremely helpful with all the questions I have asked him, since I am new to SAC. The pool is lovely and the ladys locker room is huge and very clean. This is a great YMCA.
