Modern facility, clean and well maintained. Has a lap pool, kinesthetics room, an indoor volleyball court and a large class for group activities such as Zumba or Cycling. Open until PM during the week it is all we need and everything must fancy gyms cant offer although our Rec Center is way more affordable. Love love love it

Im blown away by this place. Ive lived in West Sac for many years and didnt know much about the Rec Center until recently. The facilities are on par and actually better in some ways than most fancy gyms. Details More

The place is almost empty right now. Before the Covid situation, there was always a lot of activities in the Rec Center.

Have free day pass good thru end of year. They have a rock climb wall limited times and only with supervision, tennis and basketball shared with high school, racquetball, and a decent assortment of cardio equipment. West Sac residents get discounted and good thing as it is not cheap but not unreasonable either.

Staff are all very nice and helpful. Environment is always clean and well kept. Cardio rooms are decent sizes with great equipment. The rec pool is a bit smaller then expected but still good enough size.
