Really nice, friendly people. This is not just for jocks. Anybody can join and work at their own pace. Measurable progress is recorded electronically and can be viewed remotely

I checked out numerous crossfit facilities. What I enjoy about this one is that the instructors take the time to work on fundamentals. No judging thstb not a pro athlete. Clean place. Friendly atmosphere. Try it

This is the perfect box for a seasoned athlete as well as a beginner. I have been doing Crossfit a little over a year and this is by far my favorite box. The coaches are through with technique and safety and the members are friendly and encouraging If you havent tried Crossfit make this box your first stop
