Ive been going to AKT for two months now. Ive tried also every class except bands. So far dance is my favorite You still get a good mix of bands and weights combined with dance. Each three weeks there is a different theme. Theater and hip hop is so much fun. Great teachers Shout out to Carolyn, Julianne, and Brittany

Only place that will get me out of my house at am to workout even during COVID Love how ever weeks the content changes so you and your muscles do not get bored. Also the community and trainers are amazing Definitely give it a try. Your body will thank you later.
