Ive been a member for a while and I got off track. When they had the day challenge I committed to it to get back in routine. Everyone was so great and they have helped me change my lifestyle to a healthie, happier one Everyone is so great there

Ive been with Training Zone for a hot minute, until today definitely was the worst experience with different people from there. I called about my account no one really seems to be calling me back about it. Poor customer service Would not recommend

Love the staff The equipment is clean and so is the gym I appreciate the womens area, sauna, daycare, rock climbing wall, classes, and endless positive vibes

This is a great gym. The workers are cool as can be. Its an honor to train here. Everyone keeps to their self and its a real judgement free zone with lots of space and rooms to work out in. Its the most welcoming gym ive been to.
