Been a member for nearly years. Never once had a problem. Outstanding and friendly staff, facilities kept clean routinely. Yes its not a big gym and shares spaces with a rehab business next door yet they seem to work flawlessly with one another. Great deals too. Dont every wanna workout anywhere else

The owner Eric and his wife might be the nicest people on the planet, I highly recommend, Great atmosphere, Always positive vibes and Eric is always there to support you, listen or talk whether its gym related or not.
