love this gym and all the classes they offer Sign up was easy they have awesome child care and love that ever instructor offers something a little different such a positive environment everyone is super positive and Encouraging glad I finally joined

I did the onemonth trial and have now been a classonly member for two months. Ive been trying different workoutsgymsprograms for over a year now and this is the only one Ive looked forward to going to before every class, have fun More

I had a GREAT workout Extremely challenging but lots of encouragement from the trainer. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to take their health and fitness to the next level.

Went to check out the facility. Locked doors. Evidently only open minutes before a class starts. Looks more like s boutique in a strip mall anyhow. Probably for the better that I dont have to bother. Their listing might be better described as closed hours.
