My trainer is great. The gym management is a little sus. They increased the monthly rate for membership without telling anyone and increased the rate for trainers. More

Easily my favorite location in Colorado. Paradise valley, well. you cant match that one but they dont have that tier here at all anyways. I live downtown and commute several times a week to this one. Equipment is actually in good shape, the space is better organized, and the amenities are a lot nicer compared to the other locations.

Steph is absolutely phenomenal She presents the qualities that members look for within a gym both from the staff as well as the environment. This evening, she made my experience a memorable one. It was one of the best that Ive had since becoming a Lifetime member. Thanks Steph You rock

BRAVO This gym is immaculate in every corner. Every staff member is professional, courteous and polite. Every desk is staffed with happy people. There is a community vibe amidst the staff that is desirable in any company. The spa is excellent staffed with exceptional service providers and assistants. Keep up the good work
