Im a black card member, and this gym is AMAZING. The team is always so polite and helpful and anytime I come in contact in with management they are very helpful. This location, and the Evans location, make planet fitness as a company what its supposed to be.

I really appreciate and liked everything except the laziness with the generic soaps used in the shower areas cause, the last time I took a shower after last times workout I got all itchy but, I used my own soap in todays shower without having a any upset this time.

Since the reopening during the pandemic, it is never crowded. Im glad they went back to regular towels after that paper towel experiment. Its more spacious than other Planet Fitness locations Ive been to.

The staff there is so friendly and helpful, havent really used my membership to work out but the tanning beds were clean. Will definitely return if I decide to keep my membership

Why cant I enjoy ONE hot shower after a work out. No matter what time you go. am, when no one is there or in the day when its busy, the showers NEVER have hot water. At the most you might get seconds of warm ish water... Im thinking of switching gyms over this non sense

I called in looking to cancel my membership as I dont live in the area anymore. Typically I dread making a phone call to the gym to cancel anything, I explained my situation to Gracie and she took care of me. She was very polite and helpful. Thank you very much Gracie
