I joined this gym almost a year ago and Ive loved it. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, place is always clean and theres a lot of great equipment Ive never had in other gyms. Wish I had joined sooner

thats the place to go if youre more serious athlete and dont really like box gyms. most of the fellow gym goers are pretty serious about lifting weights.if youre new to this type of activity dont be afraid or shy, as I think you can learn a lot and much faster from the people around.get some
