Love the routine of three stations coupled with data tracking setting goals. Then theres enough variation within the three stations to keep it interesting and workout for different purposes. Staff couldnt be friendlier. Very supportive coaches Jayson, Amanda and Taj.

I love that I come in and I dont have to THINK about anything for an hour. I just do what Im told and get a killer workout. Decision fatigue is a real thing and OTF is my escape. The amount of pizza I can eat without getting out of shape is an added bonus.
