We are a boutique gym located in the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital in the heart of the Meadows community. We are a facility with top of the line equipment, showers and lockers. Our Kinesiologists on staff are fully qualified, with thousands of hours of work between them, to work with you on your journey to health regardless of where that starting point is. Working with a Kinesiologist one on one or through our Small Group Training will be an experience like no otherWeve been told that walking through our doors is like being home. A membership at a HealthFit Gym facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all HealthFit Gym facilities and gyms.

Health Fit gym has all the basic equipment needed for cardio and weigh lifting. I love that they are open hrs. Very Covid clean too. I really wish they offered fitness classes and that the cardio equipment had cable and local TV channels More

The staff are so motivated to help. Very knowledgeable. There are a variety of classes and personal training available too. It is easy to stay focused since it is a smaller gym. It isnt a pressure driven experience.
