Definitely the best gym in the Springs. Awesome variety of equipment, incredibly clean and first class customer service. Its a gym that you feel comfortable at no matter what fitness level you are.

Convenient location, ample parking, clean facilities, friendly staff. Great equipment. Phenomenal prices. I have always felt safe among the clientele and the lay out of this facility seems really safe too in case I need help which is important to me as a female.

Clean. Equipment is in good shape with very few out of service signs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. No swimming pool or whirlpool, but they have great Saunas, free classes and guest pass with membership, monthly. Tanning beds available. I never saw myself as a gym goer. Accolades has changed my mind.
