Paige Butler is the best personal trainer Ive ever had. She is fun to work with and excited to see my progress. She is also extremely professional. She takes detailed notes during our sessions and has fully developed plans for every workout.

My husband and I went for the day trial, and had a very good experience. The owners were welcoming and friendly without being pushy like a lot of other gyms Id been to. The place is compact, but has all the necessary equipments and amenitiesno broken machines. I enjoyed the quiet, hardworking atmosphere of the gym.

Dont try to cancel the membership. This particular owner charged me an extra year on my gym fees before my yearly renewal. This happened when the new owner took over. Do not sign up here if you like this Gym go to one of the others in the springs. Plus not much to offer and worn down equipment.
