Whether youre a competitor or just someone looking to get in or stay in shape this is an amazing gym. Has the feel of a true old school gym. People are helpful and its easy to feel like a part of a gym family instead of just a loner working out in a corporate chain. Highly recommend this gym to anyone at any level of fitness.
