Double Diamond ticks all the boxes excellent instructors, well designed WODs, and a great family of members that ultimately become friends. A welcomed find among a sea of boxes that are over the top intense or downright unfriendly.

Great gym and friendly members. Had an opportunity to practice my rope climbs today, and thanks to all the encouragement, I finally got them down I dropped in for the week and they offer a great deal on the first few sessions. I definitely recommend trying them out if you are curious
