I just tried Hotworx and WOW. One of the best workouts Ive ever experienced. I did the hot yoga and it was incredible. Will definitely be coming back to try the rest

I tried the minute HIIT Blast class and was blown away by its difficulty and results Almost instantly I was dripping sweat and could feel toxins leaving my body. Between the cardio, strength training, infrared and heat this is an incredible workout. I will be going back to try the other workouts including Yoga

It was exactly as advertised If you are looking for a place to melt tons calories during and after your workout this is the place. We did a combo of bike and palates to double the burn and it was all over in less than an hour Quick, effective workouts. Everyone should try it
