OTF Applewood is the best hour of the day Or minutes highly recommend the Lift classes The coaches give you attention and motivate you to push yourself more than you would at any other gym. You also get to be surrounded by a community of individuals that will help push you as well

Cant get enough of OTF Applewood I truly look forward to every class and I enjoy each and every coach Ive had. They are all incredibly positive and motivating. It cant be easy to instruct and keep time for three separate groups cardio, row, weights, but they manage to do it flawlessly every class.

Love this format Didnt think Id like it but decided to give it a try. Its a great workout I can go at the pace that fits my comfort level. Every day is a different workout no boring routines. Full body workout in a fun rotation. Great staff, clean facility, fun environment.

Ive really enjoyed the layout of OT workouts. such a great mix of cardio and weights the coaches are awesome too. I also like that it is an intimidation free zone. Yes, you are working out with others, but everyone is doing there own thing which i really enjoy.
