Here at Windsor Yoga Family, we strive to offer a space for growth and transformation, both in health and mindfulness. We welcome yogis of all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes, newbies and advanced practitioners.But you know what Were not the right studio for everyone. If youre looking for a fashion show, you wont find it here. If youre looking for competition with your neighbors as you move through poses, it aint gonna happen here. Because we pride ourselves on offering a different kind of yoga classone that is accessible, yet challenging no matter your skill level. We offer quality, inspired yoga taught by remarkable, passionate teachers, in a peaceful and welcoming environment to ensure a transformative experience for all.

Love this studio, very convenient for me as I live and work in Windsor. Fantastic variety of classes available at all times of day so Ive been able to fit it in my busy schedule. I love their app, I can look at the schedule and book classes in advance. So excited to have a place like this in Windsor
