No staff. Received reply from owner. Requesting removal of review. I would request he update hours of operation to reflect that those seeking to check out gym would not gain access after on weekends. As he stated these are difficult times for all of us.

I went to check out the gym the other day, this place is extremely CLEANA very comfortable environment. Friendly staff, their maintenance man always disinfectants the equipment.

Great gym. The new location is bigger and a big upgrade. Powerhouse has more than sufficient space for anyone to work out. They are still adding equipment to make the gym even better. If you are thinking of the best gym for your dollar in Stratford, Bridgeport, Milford this is the gym for you.

It beats fitness edge by far and for dollars a month and no contract theres nothing bad I can say about this gym. Its got all the equipment you need, its not overcrowded, only thing I wish they had was more updated equipment. Happy so far
