Super clean, polite staff, lots of equipment.... I love going late at night. The overnight staff Eliza is so polite and helpful. She keeps the place spotless. Really a comfortable environment to work out in. I love this location.

The Hamden PF facility still requires masks while you exercise . I hate it. I live in Hamden but I have to drive to the PF in Meriden if I want a good cardio workout.

Im a black card member that attends this gym for early morning workouts Sunday through Tuesday. The staff are always friendly and upbeat. The mens locker room is always spotless and always smells clean, especially the showers. Machines More

I am a member and really love the yellow room machines And I love certain pieces of equipment and the treadmills and cycles in the purple room

I went the day after Thanksgiving. Hardly anybody there which was great. Recommend small reusable lockers in the lobby area for small personal items such as wallets and phones. The only way to secure items are the lockers in the bathrooms which require you to bring your own lock.

Love the Meriden location Its got a great vibe. The staff is very inviting. Eliza keeps the place so clean. Ive never seen a gym attendant so vested in making sure the gym stays sanitary. That means so much. Great job.
