As a new student I was immediately impressed by how Nick Newell runs his gym. He spends a lot of time teaching new students the basics. Everyone is friendly at the gym and the more experienced students go out of their way to help anyone More

I trained here for a while, these guys are true professionals but they arent aholes about it. These guys really know their stuff If youre just trying to get your aerobics in you can do that here but ideally this is THE place to go if you want to study and learn the ins outs of MMA.
