I was told that in order to cancel my membership, I had to wait until November, but that each month I froze my membership due to covid, it would extend my membership by one month. Now Ive been charged a yearly renewal fee AND have to wait until January to cancel. I feel like Im going through a hostile divorce. Absolutely ridiculous.

The gym is mostly clean and whatnot probably not as clean as it should be in regards to COVID. People are right when they say the equipment is not maintained. Most importantly, make sure you contact somebody from corporate for membership policies. Every worker here gave me a different answer about canceling and renewing a membership.
