An incredibly positive and supportive group that far surpasses any expectations. Pricing is reasonable and there is such such variety of classes its almost hard to pick which ones to try each week Female owned. Completely judgement free. This place is just awesome.

I tried a few of their classes, Cardio Dance, Werq and Strong nation and they were all so fun. I love the vibe here. The owner, instructors and even the members are all very inviting and you get a sense of community you dont get in gyms. Definitely will be coming back.
