Good gym but not big enough for the crowds it draws. Only squat racks and normal bench presses in the whole place so it gets quite competitive on weeknights after work.

The staff here keep things very clean, when Ive gone they always seem to be around twice alot of times to make sure all disinfectants are stocked, etc. They also have a good selection of machines, and recently added lb dumbbells for anyone feeling brave. The staff are also very friendly, and the shakes are amazing

Super clean, the front desk associates are always extremely helpful. Shakes are very tastey and use high quality ingredients. Met my trainer here who Ive been working with for years now.
