Well equipped gym with nominal week fees. I always workout whenever I travel to Hartford. They have a smoothie shop as well if you need to have a post workout drink

Its clean and never have to wait for a machine. My issues are i fell today and people watched me crying and holding my leg and not one person asked if i was okay or got a staff member. My other issue is you dont know what is it the protein shakes or the prices till afterwards, i like to know ahead of time.
