Very old school gym. Most equipment has rust and oil build up so all gym goers DONT wear nice or new clothes here. If it rains the ceiling leaks and the windows will have rain come through occasionally. Quit a few mirrors are cracked. Overall quiet gym though. Has the basics if youre looking to lift.

This gym has it all. Just joined yesterday Staff is friendly. Paul the owner is a great guy. Gave me a tour of the gym and showed me certain equipment I was looking for when I started. This is the best gym in the area hands down. Every piece of equipment... they have it. Joining powerhouse was a power move.
