Just joined and its like a wonderland of equipment. Gonna take me awhile to figure out how to use it all lol. Great old school vibe, quality plates, everyone working there has been super friendly. Just joined for a month a few days ago but will be getting a regular membership.

Literally the best gym Ive ever been to. Hands down. Staff was amazing friendly, atmosphere is on point, and the equipment is to die for. I will absolutely be working out here again.

An old school gym with a wide variety of machines, plenty of free weights, heavy dumbells, and a great atmosphere. Anyone serious about lifting needs to give them a visit. This is the best gym I have been to in Connecticut.

Always wanted to try this gym out, went in today, pretty dope gym, front desk guys awesome. Everyone is friendly, a lot of equipment even though they look dated. Clean gym, can tell their is alot of history. Deff go back again someday.
