I started coming to Defense Martial Arts shortly after moving to the area. It is now a family affair with generations attending classes. The Instructors are phenomenal and extremely patient, and spend the time to assist. The people I have met here and fellow classmates are welcoming and helpful.

Both myself and my daughter have trained at Defense for the past years. Its a great workout while learning self defense. My partners are awesome. I have other gym memberships but this is the one I never miss.The instructors are great with the kids.
