I went in on Saturday May to cancel my membership. They said their computers were down and they couldnt help me. Said I needed to come back before June to cancel to avoid the next monthly payment. I went back in May to cancel. More

after several attempts to cancel my membership over the phone during pandemic was told in person i needed to pay dollars to cancel to a place I havent used in over months. Typical Gym behavior in atypical times. This company will not get anymore of my money. I will have to close the bank account. Great Job

my wife and I go to this fitness. today my wife was unable to enter and I went alone. I was not allowed. said it was not my account. my wife came from home and confirmed that I am her husband. but when she left, they kicked me out of the hall. I think because my skin color is white.

Nice place. Clean. Friendly staff. Very big space so there is always available machines.Black card membership gives perks like free guests,use of the tanning beds, hydro massager and a personal trainer.

Clean facility and never overly crowded. There are plenty machines available for everyone to use. Everyone from the staff to people who exercise there are extremely polite My only complaint is that they close earlier on the weekends.

Nice work out always at the Planet BUT they still NEED TO check and fix the machines that Do NOT have the battery backup in them, Its TERRIBLE to have to start over after few seconds of a pause to drink your water. Fix this and maybe you will get stars

I mainly go there for showers. I live in my trailer with no water hookup. Its great to know they only charge . monthly. I will get to use the machines soon.
