Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the only place in town that doesnt charge an unsaid amount for a day pass. I always enjoy visiting here.

They offer reasonable day passes and week passes The facilities are nice and clean with a really good selection of cardio and strength training machines and equipment. The only downside is that they close very early on the weekends.
