Great liftingoriented gym in Northwest CT. Wellequipped with plenty of free weights, cable machines, squat racks, a power rack, Nautilus circuit, cardio machines and more. Friendly owner and staff, as well as good upkeepcleanliness. Recommended to anyone looking for a wellrounded gym to focus on strength training.
