Tatiana the manager at this facility went above and beyond in fixing a minor mishap that occurred with my account. She was very polite and efficient in doing her research and fixing the issue. I was impressed by the way she handled the situation and will be referring many people to this facility

My first day was not good I came in and asked a few questions and the person at the desk made me feel like I was a bothersome. I didnt have a warm welcome. I said to her you make me feel like I join the wrong gym.
