So many options for all fitness levels and interests. I dont use the crossfit box but I have heard only good things. Great space on the top floor for stretching and floor movements. Ive also rarely seen it so crowded that I couldnt get a workout in.

Nice box. Met some nice members and a cool coach. Surprised by the air conditioning and the lack of a rack. I would visit again. Its not a must stop but if youre in the area and looking for a WOD, stop in.

The coaches are fantastic about critiquing form and helping people to improve toward their fitness goals. The community is very welcoming, and Im particularly fond of the am weekday class, which has a great group of attendees each day and tends to be pretty genderbalanceda rarity at a crossfit gym.

Great gym with incredible coaches. I was in DC for a summer internship and regularly attended the evening classes for the weeks I was here. The community was great, the workouts were challenging, and I learned a lot from the coaches. More

It took leaving DC and looking for a new gym to know how good I had it at Balance. The coaches are fantastic, the price is one of the best in DC, and if the sense of community doesnt motivate you to get to the gym and improve yourself, More

I dont recommend ever using the trainer by the name of Philip Pasch. His attitude and verbal abuse on a daily basis while hes outside of work is atrocious. I dont know if thats anger from steroid use. But he needs to chill out and watch More

I worked out at Balance for the four years I lived in downtown DC. Monthly rates are very reasonable and the multilevel facility has all the functional fitness and powerlifting tools you could ever want. As long as I avoided peak hours, More
