Good gym, good hours. There will be high school bros everywhere, but its pretty manageable here. Lots of equipment in good condition, so rarely a wait when waiting for weights.

I come here every morning at am to workout. The gym is excellent and theyre currently renovating the showers, which is great. Only issue might be is that the parking lot is kind of small so you may not find free parking depending on what time you drive here.

The instructors for group fitness classes are awesome Megin does a phenomenal job managing this department. The staff at the front desk is always very welcoming too These individuals seem very passionate about their jobs and make it easy More

Love the Les Mills classes included in membership Also, the updated womens locker room is a great place to get ready in the morning. And there are plenty of treadmills. The staff are friendly I look forward to my morning routine there

So happy I decided to join the Y. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Womens locker room is awesome. Love the steam shower and sauna. Great equipment and such a variety of activities. It has everything and way more than I expect from gym.
