This is the most efficient way to work out and best long term results. Given its only minutes of intense working out Im able to fit it into my schedule twice a week. I will NEVER do another hour long session in a gym again. Waste of More

I am so excited to have got to meet and work out with the owner of thrive fitness. I am a transplant patient and she was amazing helping me on my road to recovery. This gym is clean and not many gyms are. Jackie was knowledgeable in all areas that where where harder for me to do bc of the transplant. Great experience
