Awesome place to work out. Ive been working out here for years. Its nice and quiet compared to some of the more busier gyms. You also have hour access which is a great perk.

This is a good clean gym that has everything you need. I have never been to it when it was too crowded. The staff and management team are the best by far that I have ever experienced, and Ive been a, member of quite a few gyms. They are friendly, polite, responsive and they genuinely care about my wellness.

Brad was very nice but I was under the impression it was a free sixweek thing but you had to put down so I just disappointed about that. But if you didnt put down you didnt get your free weeks.

Prices in Publix are through the roof I got grocery bags they contained Sub half sub and some other food items I paid on small bags of food. Its crazy inflated prices. I fear at this rate Publix will be a thing of the past....
