I didnt know what to expect I did a minute workout with the powersuit and I got the most amazing results the next day I was all sore like I trained over an hour.

I really loved this work out Im totally hooked on it and especially at the end when I do the massage I sit there and feel all my muscles that I worked for the entire work out and its only minutes and Im getting great results I highly recommend

This is a hidden gem in Delray Beach. Great energy, awesome workouts and real people. The EMS suit is amazing, but the coaching is the best part, I cant recommend it enough More

Since I have been working with Michelle, I have definitely gotten stronger, more flexible and in general alot better shape. She keeps it fun and kicks your butt all in one. Highly recommend her and VB fitness.
