For years we have had a dream in our hearts. That dream has been to help others become a version of themselves that they are happy with. It does not matter to us if that is being able to squat pounds or air squat yourself off the couch with ease. It does not matter if the goal is to lose lbs or gain . Each day we get closer to making that dream become a reality. I am officially a CrossFit Level Trainer and a USAW L Coach. Shadow Pack CrossFit does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining Shadow Pack CrossFit, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.

A membership at a Shadow Pack CrossFit facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all Shadow Pack CrossFit facilities and gyms.

Early morning and late evening are the busiest time in Planet Fitness. Check online or call them at (386) 320-0398 for schedules, and decide which time is best for you.

Excellent, clean gym with knowledgeable trainers on hand. The owners, James and Shevieve, set themselves to help and assist you to increase in strength training in a safe manner, and in an encouraging and positive environment. Love this gym

Shadow Pack Crossfit is a hidden gem I have been doing CrossFit for years and had to change gyms closer to home. The decision was very hard but the owners made it an transition easy and a great experience. Awesome coachesowners, great class times and the Crossfit family feel Check this gym out

Shadow Pack is an amazing place with amazing trainers who help you to succeed. I really enjoyed going there but unfortunately due to medical issues I can not continue. If your looking for a workout that challenges you and trainers that support you then this is the place for you

This place is amazing. I tried it for free on Veterans Day and I go multiple times a week and have made amazing friends. The place is super clean and the owners are the best . They have a child care area and multiple classes a day. I tell everyone I know that wants to get in shape to join the pack
