The people an the atmosphere are there to make everyone comfortable, from the body builders to we silver sneakers crowd. Richard has been there forever and is happy to answer any questions you might have.

Equipment is outdated. Barbells are bent and damaged to the point you can not get plates on. They give guest passes just to try to charge your guest w.e they feel like charging them for that day. Joined because I wanted to support a small mom and pop business. But they will Nicole and dome you for everything you have.
