I dont like to stretch but an assisted stretch with a trained pro was excellent.

This place is great. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in.The stretch sessions are amazing I go twice a week you feel so much pressure and tension release. I highly recommend taking a serious look into this.
