If youre looking for highlevel yoga, this is the place for you. Be aware their Gentle Yoga classes would be Intermediate level at any other yoga studio. Room temp for all classes is at least degrees, higher for Power classes.

Staff is very friendly. This is a real yoga studio, not a geriatric were in FL, not trying to be rude studio. Theres a lot of older studios in town and this one is a great legit studio There were guests of all ages and skill level. I felt right at home
